  • The management changed, the policies were different. After 3 years of being the most loyal customer I will absolutely never go back. The staff turnover and lack of knowledge is astounding. They make hand over feet in sales and management is not good to their employees. Most of which will let you know on a number of different occasions. This is how you contribute to capitalism and turn people into being numbers. This is not how you treat customers. I know the location and hours are convenient but customers need to stop doing business before they will change. This is the same lesson in big pharma. When your interests lie in profit driven business only, you are not alternative medicine. They add nothing to the community any longer. The workers are nice people but they have no power. The original concept was great but corporate greed took over and now it's a hipster place.
