  • WOW! An honest contractor. We were in a hurt, because our water heater quit working while we were away. I couldn't get the pilot light lit following the instructions as printed on the unit. Had a friend stop by and he had no luck. Call my Nieghbor and he said I've used these guys for years and have always been satisfied. So, I call them and told them my problem. The staff was extremely courteous and very helpful in making sure they got someone out here today. They gave me a reasonable time frame and even called prior to getting here. The water heater is about 10 years old so I figured I was about to get the big one. Instead Sergio ask a couple of questions, and quickly fixed the problem. I now know the instructions don't really explain about warmer temps. here in Az. So problem fixed and cost was much better than what I expected. They have my vote and will get my business in the future. Great job!
