  • Dropped my iPhone 6 Plus about 8 feet and luckily the screen didn't shatter - but voice calling malfunctioned. I could make and receive calls, but complete silence for the audio and microphone, and static only on speakerphone. Video and audio recording were fine. There's a disclaimer that the diagnostic takes 24-48 hours, an eternity without a smartphone! But I walked in, told Brice I was traveling, and he promised to look at it right away. Half hour later I got an email that it was fixed. What?! When I went back in, Brice said they opened the phone, cleaned it, tested it... and it worked. Super fast, friendly service and no charge! Wouldn't even take a tip. Knew that I was traveling through Phoenix and could have hit me with a fee, but Brice honored the free diagnostic and was honest about it. Thanks!
