  • I'd had a tough day at work and really not looking forward to my cleaning. Once I arrived the staff greeted me happily as always. Then within 2 minutes of sitting down in the waiting room Bre, my hygienist, came out to get me and immediately my day was turned around. This was only my second cleaning with her as we'd moved from Scottsdale to Mesa. Bre is such a lovely lady and has the most positive and cheerful attitude of anyone I've met. As we got started she reminded me of our meeting 6 months prior by asking me questions of things I told her about during that visit. She remembered ME, she either takes great notes on her patients or really has an amazing memory, regardless she made me feel very special and ended up turning my day completely around. Of course the cleaning job was great as well. I LOVE this office. Dr. Heap and all his staff are wonderful!! Thank you all, ESP Bre! Thank you again, Katherine.
