  • So disappointed with this practice. I've had 2 appointments so far (both ran very late from my appointment time - even had to step out after an HOUR in the exam room with no one coming in). They've rushed me in to epidural injections (in the wrong place) and are not reading notes or listening when I explain where the pain is. I would not recommend AZ Pain Specialists.
