  • I truly dislike writing poor reviews, and I rarely do it, but I thought I'd write a bit about our experiencemy sister and I purchased Groupon's to get a manicure and pedicure at the salon. We had scheduled an appointment, and the staff was still about 15 minutes late for our service. My manicure and pedicure were both very rushed, and my nail technician just seemed distracted. The polish on my fingers did not cover the entire nail and the final coat was terribly uneven. My nails begin chipping just a day later. Usually my cuticles are thoroughly clipped, and that is why I like going to get a manicure - they take care of my skin surrounding the nail. However, this time my cuticles were not addressed and it just did not look good. Unfortunately, my sister experienced the same thing with her other nail technician at the salon. We were both pretty dissatisfied with our experience there.
