  • I dropped off a pair of boots to be repaired. The zipper was broken on one boot and a rivet needed replacing on the other. They had a quick 4 day turnaround and the work was good. The stitched the zipper (about an inch of stitching) where it had broken and replaced the rivet. The two men I spoke with we're very friendly and nice. My only issue was the price $10 for the rivet and $20 for the zipper repair. For $30+tax they could have thrown In a quick polish which is what I've grown used to when taking in shoes for repairs.
