  • HEY GREENHOME!! If your reading this my service is terrible once again!!! I have called and I have emailed and I have my entire house pulled apart for service and I've been waiting 5 hours!!!! Do I pack it up and assume you messed up again? Or will you show up as soon as I put my house back together at a unknown hour to spray? I just don't know.... you guys always surprise me. because you like to keep me in suspense? 1st service was excellent and I really liked the technician. All recurring service was terrible because of the scheduling and lack of customer service. On my second service the tech came outside the scheduled window and no one returned my calls or email to see wha was going on.Two separate occasions - tech showed up unscheduled. Second one was even like what am I doing here on a Thursday? Your account clearly state services are on Saturday. I know right?!? I'm sorry guy....green home wastes your time and mine..... :(
