  • They only get a star because they were pleasant to talk to at first. But they no-showed: 2 hours after my appointment, I called only to find out that "they ran out of time and they're gone for the day." Why did I have to call them to learn this? Thanks a lot -- another hot night in the house without A/C. Not professional.
