rev:text	Some of these negative reviews are laughable - low ratings due to hurt feelings when JJ forgot to deliver a napkin or because they don't have salt and pepper? This is a local family owned franchise you're impacting over your pettiness. I eat at this JJ at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. It's a sandwich wrapped in paper, tastes good, made fast and in a clean and friendly environment. Can't go wrong.
