  • I will actually be calling the store tomorrow morning but I am so upset, I've been doing this for years, why is this happening? I get the product with a 3 month refill, so in February I moved and I haven't switched stores yet so I had to drive back to the location on sunset and Whitney ranch. I go pick up my order, I notice it was only one box, th attendant reassured me that it was everything I look at see the box as usual, then go home. I get home and a box is missing (it's usually 3 boxes in one large box) not a problem, I inform the store and go back to pick up the additional box. 1st month passes, now I'm on my second month, I go into the second box- not the one that is a separate order, and it is EMPTY, are you kidding me?! I am now using the separate box, but look man, it's not fair for me to be driving back and forth Like this! Will you guys be giving me issues now to get another box?! For years I've been doing this what is going on?!
