rev:text	So much nicer than the Eaton Centre store! This Nine West is bright and airy with a great selection of shoes. The walls are well stocked and well merchandised to look attractive. There is a great sense of space so I don't think it would seem crowded even if it was busier than the day I visited. The girl who dealt with me when I was trying on a few pairs was pleasant and patient with me even though I had her going back and forth to the stockroom for me. She wasn't even slightly pushy which suits me perfectly. I had a pair of shoes that I had bought in the Eaton Centre with me and was considering exchanging them for ones half a size bigger which they had in stock. The slightly bigger ones were perfect so I decided to go with them. I realised in the store that I had been overcharged in the Eaton Centre-the shoes had been on sale but they charged me full price. The assistant on the register checked with her supervisor and they were very apologetic. The supervisor said she'd email the Eaton Centre to let them know their error which I thought was nice. They then refunded me the full price and I bought my correct size. The supervisor even handed me a bottle of water-I think as a compensation for my trouble! I liked her management style-she was busy on the floor, she dealt with my issue, she helped the assistant to navigate the computer system and she managed to keep smiling. If I want Nine West shoes again (and I'm sure I will), I'll return to this location. That might be pretty soon actually-I saw a nice pair of black patent peep toes there when I was in. I'm pretty sure I need them...
