  • Crappy car wash - go figure! I don't know why I even bothered because their other locations suck, too. I bought a VIP wash and when my car was "finished" there were spots all over the windshield and some on the windows, the cup holders weren't even cleaned out, nor the door handle, etc. It was 'cleaner', but it wasn't clean. I asked for a manager he came out, completely unamused and blah-zay about the matter. I told him my issues and he even said, "yeah, I see that" about the windshield being dirty. When I proceeded to go on about the fact that I only had an hour he stopped me and said, "yeah, yeah, you're on your lunch, so what do you want to do?" ... WOW! What great customer service. The conversation basically ended in me going back either the same day or next and a very insincere apology, both of which are extremely annoying. UGH. Never again! #lessonlearned #butIalreadyknew #damnit
