  • Unfortunately, I must rewrite my earlier review of Freedom Window and Screen Cleaning. As I wrote in my previous review, our first experience was excellent. Since that time, I have had two more. The second visit was poor... the windows were left badly streaked. The owner, Juan, had a second worker that day who was the source of the poor job. Juan came back a second time and corrected the bad job. For that reason, I didn't amend my previous review. Most recently, I spoke with Juan and scheduled an important cleaning in advance of my daughter's bridal shower. Juan never showed up and never responded to my calls. We were left totally stuck and only one day before the event. We cannot recommend someone who would leave us so completely stranded, especially since we spoke about it on the phone and set a firm date. We'll be using someone that we can count on in the future.
