We have been ignored since we walked in the door, have been over looked twice, once for the eye exam and then trying to purchase the glasses. The deal in the glasses make it tolerable but they do need more staff to attend the walk in patients. Mind you we had appts.
We got my husbands glasses in and the tech. broke the frames when they were fitting him, it took over a month to get them replaced then they were the wrong frames. No apology, nothing...very disappointed in the customer service, we will not go back here again or recommend them, not worth the savings at this point.
