  • I have lived here for 17 years. The staff is amazing. The amenities are great. There is an indoor pool, a fitness center, an outdoor picnic area with grills, ample parking, a billiard room, and a party room. The pool is well maintained. Basic cable and heat/water are included. The suites are spacious. Even a one bedroom is pretty big, with big living rooms and eat in kitchens. The place is clean and well maintained. On site laundry with updated equipment makes laundry easy, although I wish there were more washers and dryers. There is a strict no pet policy. Obnoxious neighbors are not tolerated, so it is quiet at night, perfect for people that work. All suites have a balcony. Around Christmas, management throws a nice party with free meals. The complex has won numerous awards for landscaping and general upkeep. A great place to live for people who are waiting to buy a home or not interested in homeownership.
