  • This an absolutely horrible company, the worst agency I have ever worked with. They now manage my HOA. Their customer service is horrible, if and ever you get a response (they never answer the phone). I had been trying to make online payments and I reported that the system was not working no one believed me or even checked until I took a screenshot showing payment made but I guess it was being made to the prior agency even though I was logged into their website. Despite maintaining contact and making numerous payment attempts I got a bill for over $400 in additional fees for just 2 months. Keep in mind my monthly payment is $35.00. This agency charged me over $400 for 2 months late fees due to not maintaining contact when I was calling, emailing and attempted to pay multiple times. Despite this being their error the fees were not even reduced. I just went to pay the outrageous bill of about $500 for 2 months (which should have been $70.00) and the system said "your payment exceeds the maximum payment amount accepted for your community." I emailed and phoned and am waiting for a response before I am charged $200 fee for not making contact. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company.
