This review is long over due. A few months ago I popped into Dr. Roter's office with a wicked eye infection, mostly due to allergies and contact use. I was told over the phone, prior to arriving, that they could not guarantee me being seen due to a full schedule. The receptionist was very helpful and told me Dr. Roter would try to see me ASAP. There must have been a late arrival as I was shuffled in very quickly. Dr. Roter did a thorough exam of my condition and prescribed me eye drops. My eyes felt like new within a few hours. Due to their courtesy and care I came back in 2 weeks ago to have my annual contact lens exam. I was treated exactly the same way as the first visit. Amazing. Dr. Roter also took extra time to have me try several contact lenses due to my sensitive an allergy prone eyes. I can not be happier with the two visits I've experienced so far. Just because his office is integrated in a Wal Mart does not mean you get cheap service. This man and his team provide equal, if not better, service compared to a luxury hotel. I can't wait to go back when the time comes.
