  • Don't be fooled by their professional website & recommendations. Me thinks NOT, no way. I dealt with JOE, who was the worst. He quoted me a couple hundred dollars to handle a hive in my 93 year old friends home in west phoenix. After the job they jumped the bill to 500, bait and switch. They just smoked the bees for a few minutes and then gave another quote of 1,500 to remove the hive! Saying that they wouldn't repair the wall or wood just remove the hive for that. My 93 year old friend on social security could not afford that, or the rest of his overpriced bill. They called to threaten me and my friend. Joe is a schmo, unprofessional, and overall just an donkey. My feeling is this company preys on retired people and is overcharging everyone. Do not call Mountain view pest control, their address is different on the website than it is on yelp, my guess is they are trying to hide. They have like 4-5 numbers, seems shady because it is. The do not care about repeat business, they only care to make a quick buck. Just awful, the owners should be ashamed to have a schmuck like Joe representing them in this manner.
