Signed in for an appointment on line in the morning. Received a confirmation for a 3:09pm appoinrment. When I got there, they had no record of the appointment. I showed the lady my confirmation email but she could do nothing and I had go to the beginning of the line, another 1.5 hour wait. Called the main number and she said I see your appointment but it is "stuck" in our system. She could release it but it would be another 1.25 hour wait. No one would go beyond blaming it on their system. Never saw a Dr so I cannot comment on the care.
