  • These guys are amazing. I called in about 4:30 pm today and told the nice lady that my A/C wasn't working. It's a 2 year old K&B house in Inspirada in Henderson. After some questions from her we established that it was probably the wall thermostat, and made arrangements for a service tech the next day. About 15 minutes later I got a call from Mike, the owner. He said that tomorrow was totally booked, but he offered to send someone right away. Lo and behold, Kevin, the tech was at my front door in 20 minutes. He found that there was an electrical short someplace between the thermostat and the compressor. On a 107 degree day he went into the attic to track it down! He was polite, explained everything and fixed it. It's now 7:30 and my A/C is perfect. This is a great company, and Kevin is a terrific tech. Thanks guys!!
