  • I purchased a group on for 1 year unlimited hair laser. I had waited 1 and half months for my first appt. When I called in to reschedule due to emergence, I was told I need to wait 2 more months for the next opening appt. Thats ridiculous! My 4 months will be wasted. I have never had any problem with Simplicity. They were so flexible to accommodate their clients. I would give Joy/ this center zero star if I could for unable to use my voucher at all.
