  • Took my car to this Jiffy Lube on Rancho for an oil change. Got up the next morning and had a large pool of fresh oil all over my garage floor. Took the car to a nearby mechanic to find the source of the leak. He advised the oil drain plug had not been tightened; this could have been a costly mistake. Luckily there was no damage to the engine.
