  • Shocked that anyone has a negative word to say about this place. I honestly think some people are just miserable and look for reasons to complain. I have lived in 6 different apartments over the last 6 years and this place is beautiful. The exteriors are incredibly charming and all of the finishing touches internally really make it feel like a home vs. an apartment. There are wooden blinds, crown molding throughout, high ceilings, hardwood floors, tall windows and roomy showers. The appliances were all relatively new and work incredibly well compared to what I am used to especially the washer and dryer. For everyone saying the place is "small" well... I do not think 1700 sq. ft and an extended 2 car garage is small but to each their own. I will say the layout is a very narrow town home layout which you can tell by looking at the outside so I am not sure what they were expecting. However, with the natural lighting and open layout, I have found it is more than enough room to live very comfortable. It help that they have a lot of closets as well, there is a large closet on the first floor, one on the second, a pantry and 3 large closets upstairs. As far as amenities are concerned, the gym is nice, the computer center is nice and the pool is always kept clean. Maintenance is super friendly and came within 1 hour of me calling and the community as a whole is so quiet you could hear a pin drop during the week. I almost questioned if anyone lived here but me and I love it. Quite honestly, I would be sure to form your own judgements about this place before reading/trusting these reviews, they are completely off-base and un warranted (coming from someone who actually lives here). This place has far exceeded my expectations.
