  • Called for an appt for my teen daughter and asked about pricing. Was told what pricing started at and I asked to book with a stylist at the lowest rate. Come to find out they booked my daughter with the most expensive stylist there so her trim was $50 instead of $38 I was told it would be. Felt like a bait and switch to me.
