  • Kevin Helm came highly recommended by a coworker who had recently purchased her home. This was going to be my first major purchase as a widow. I wasn't sure what to do and who to talk to. Kevin alleviated all my concerns the day I spoke with him and confirmed his level of professionalism the day I met him. Kevin was so precise in his instructions on what I needed to do to qualify for a loan, and literally in a matter of days I was ready for underwriting. Had I known what a great experience working with Kevin would be, I would have started my home search a lot sooner.
