  • This is an unscrupulous business. Brought in my laptop and left it for diagnosis. was advised 2 weeks later that the motherboard quit and the staffer then attempted to sell me a "great deal" computer. I advised I would be looking around and finally spent more money on a desk top. Several months later, a friend took the notebook apart to replace the motherboard only to discover the problem was a loose connection and nothing wrong with the laptop! When confronting this business again with the findings, I was accused of lying about the situation even though I had all of the backup to prove this was nothing more than an oversight on their part or a ploy to make more money for their business. These folks take advantage of consumers and lie . This appears to be their norm. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
