Seems like everytime we go there we get bad service and they are not the most helpful people. Our last bad experience ( had severals) was this week. I went in to buy a new Atomoizer with the replaceable cartimizer and had it for 3 days, was working just fine and now nothing. I called to see if they would replace it since we just got it and told no they don't do returns. Seems kind of odd that it would work just fine and now nothing. Of course no store would ever sell a defective product from a manufactur ( not saying intentionally) but it does happen and if you want to stay in business this place better step up with the customer service. They say one happy customer will tell 1 -2 of their friends, one unhappy customer will tell hundreds. I'm on my way.
