  • This place used to be called tiki nail bar and the place was not great, I stopped going. When they renovated and got new owners I decided to try it out again because it's very close to my house. When I first walked in I thought it looked amazing. Completely different than before, looks really nice and inviting! I went in to get my brows waxed and when I went in the room (not as nice in appearance as the rest of the place) an older woman came in to do my brows. She had terrible breath and only did a couple wax strips (which she must've done wrong) because she stood there for over 10 minutes tweezing my eyebrows. I did not go in for an eyebrow tweeze rather I went in for a wax.... this was not really my experience though. I was in so much pain I had to leave. I went out to pay and the guy at the desk said $12.... hmmm that's expensive for just my brows.... wasn't even a good service... I left in tears.... but okay. I mentioned the 30% off sign hanging outside and he said "okay $10" so I hand him my card and he charges me $12. At this point I'm pissed. My eyebrows are bright red and killing me and I've been overcharged... so I leave. I didn't love the waxing service but can't say anything about the nails. I won't go back though. This ruined the whole place for me.
