  • Interested in joining the Mafia? Illuminati? Then this is the gym for you!!! Be ready to give blood and sacrifice your first born when you are cancelling a membership. When I signed up for this terrible gym I was informed "if I moved 25 miles or more they would cancel my membership, no questions asked with provided proof of relocation" I sent in a statement from my bank on 09/28/2017 with my new address which is in New Jersey ( I would say that's more than 25 miles) requesting my membership to be closed. They sent a message back stating it would take 5 days to get a response. I then got a message stating my request was closed so I assumed that it was closed. I then get an email 10 days later stating the proof I sent FROM MY BANK was not an accepted proof of relocation although that is what I was informed would cancel the membership . So I then sent another statement from my bank again showing I relocated. I received a message stating my account would be cancelled as of 11/01 but fees for October need to be paid , which is $119 and counting. uhhhhhhhhhh no I requested this back in September it should have been cancelled then. They'll receive that $119 when Charlotte turns into Alaska .... PS. the one star was just to allow me to post this review. You all suck and deserve no stars
