I am not usually a person whom writes reviews but I know that when I do not know a particular place I will read them. That is why I figured my experience is much needed to be added here.
I was told by BEAM/ Electralux to contact a different certified dealer to get warranty work performed on my central vac system after a horrible experience with that company (YES, I WROTE A REVIEW ON THAT COMPANY), I called back to find other dealers and I was finally given this company. I was told by the other company that my problem was not covered under warranty and they wanted to charge me $330. I wasn't about to spend $330 more dollars on this central vac system, I was ready to ship the P.O.S back to BEAM and tell them they can have their crappy system back. I figured one more place could help me out to decide what to do.
I took the power head and hose in to Automated Environments, and 2 days later they called to tell me it was an electrical issue and I would only be charged $26 to have it fixed. Wow...first of all they didn't jerk me around, they called me back, and they were honest. What else could a customer want? I was more than satisfied with this company and I will be back to purchase other products from them. This central vac was obviously not their biggest priority and they didn't make any money, but they made a happy customer that will return and totally recommend them.
