  • I am not usually a person whom writes reviews but I know that when I do not know a particular place I will read them. That is why I figured my experience is much needed to be added here. I was told by BEAM/ Electralux to contact a different certified dealer to get warranty work performed on my central vac system after a horrible experience with that company (YES, I WROTE A REVIEW ON THAT COMPANY), I called back to find other dealers and I was finally given this company. I was told by the other company that my problem was not covered under warranty and they wanted to charge me $330. I wasn't about to spend $330 more dollars on this central vac system, I was ready to ship the P.O.S back to BEAM and tell them they can have their crappy system back. I figured one more place could help me out to decide what to do. I took the power head and hose in to Automated Environments, and 2 days later they called to tell me it was an electrical issue and I would only be charged $26 to have it fixed. Wow...first of all they didn't jerk me around, they called me back, and they were honest. What else could a customer want? I was more than satisfied with this company and I will be back to purchase other products from them. This central vac was obviously not their biggest priority and they didn't make any money, but they made a happy customer that will return and totally recommend them. Customer service is so important these days! (You can click my name to see the other company that wanted to charge me $330)
