  • When individuals go above and beyond their normal duties, I see that they value more than just making a quick dollar. They value making a customer for life. In particular, Omar was that person who went the extra mile. I came to this location when I unexpectedly had a flat tire. To make matters even worse, I was 15 miles away from my usual mechanic and I arrived 15 minutes till closing. I asked to borrow a jack to change out the flat, but I received more than just equipment. Instead of closing up shop and turning me way, Omar changed the damaged tire and installed the spare without hesitation. I applaud his dedication to customer service and going out of his way to assist me. I am glad to see there are human beings who value their customers, and continue being helpful and dedicated ambassadors of their establishment.
