  • These guys are outstanding! Was bringing my daughter to visit u of I and 20 miles outside of Urbana my tire started making some ridiculous grinding noises. So I looked up kirby's Firestone online and gingerly nursed my car over there so I could drop off the car and take my daughter to go see the school. All I could think of was "man they are going to take advantage of me for being from out of town and not having many options". A few hours later they left a message saying the car was all done. Walking back to the station from the university after the tour I couldn't help but think I was going to get screwed. Walked into the station, said hello, asked them how much it would be, and the gentlemen smiled at me and said $15, that's right, fifteen. What a surprise! They could have taken complete advantage of me, but they didn't. They told me it was an easy repair and were happy to fix it, just paid for a couple of parts. My only disappointment is that they are not close to home so I can take all my cars to them! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! Kudos to them!!
