  • The last time I picked up my dog I felt attacked by the receptionist Amy, so she could let me know how awful my dog had been during the groom. She was unpleasant and very unfriendly. I have been taking my dog there since she's been a pup, and I know she does not not like it so we sedate her and she is only 14 lbs. Each time has been worse than the time before. We will be going somewhere else next time!
