  • Stopped in to ask some questions on a scooter I bought several years ago. Although it is no longer imported to the US, you'd think the staff could at least be bothered to answer basic maintenance questions like where I could pick up a new battery, etc. I was told to go home, look what battery I in the scooter THEN come back! Clerk couldn't be arsed to call a technician in the back or take my no. to phone me in order to help.
