  • Completely overrated. First time I went, I got a latte to go and it was lukewarm. 2nd time I went, we had lunch there and the woman we ordered from acted like she would rather eat her own fecal matter than take our order. Once we finished our good but nothing incredible meatballs- we went to the pastry counter. I asked the girl at the counter what the filling was in the hazelnut cannoli- she replied "pure Nutella". She obviously didn't know the answer but instead of saying "one moment let me find out" she lied. So I told her there was no way it was Nutella (that would not make it a cannoli! And the filling was a light brown cream .. not the colour of Nutella). She began arguing me- I finally told her to just ask someone - it's usually either ricotta, mascarpone or custard. Finally she did, and said it was custard mixed with Nutella. We ordered one, it was fine- but my experience there was tainted by incompetent and rude service. We won't be returning
