  • Absolutely awful experience. Dined there back in April for my wifes birthday! Sent letter to their home office at that time.Never heard back from anyone. Upon dining our server Shannon was fantastic. Suggested a few drinks. We ordered bahamaritas and the island onion rings. This all came out great. We sat.at booth in the bar. I ordered.the island burger w fries. My wife ordered one of their bowls. I observed the fries sitting in a bowl for over 20 mi. A mgr appeared to be getting food out, however he looked confused and just walked away leaving the window full of food. Our food finally arrived about 30 min later. The fries were now ice cold and disgusting ...my burger was blackened char and tasted as.such. i ask for a mgr who arrives 10 min later. I show him my black hockey puck of a.burger. His reply "my bad" ??? No genuine apology only an offer of a bowl of soup??? All the while the GM is glaring at us from the kitchen ,never.to make contact with us.
