  • Exact same experience as Chris A. Outlined earlier. Contacted the company through the website for a quote for weekly maintenance and a fairly significant spa install. Didn't hear back within a week so called the office. Set up a time within a few days for a technician to come out. Arrived on schedule. Spent about 40 minutes taking measurements and explaining different options for the spa which also involved some pool renovation. He committed to getting back to me the next day with a quote for weekly maintenance and within a week with a quote for the spa. One month later have heard nothing back. I subsequently went with another company. I sent an email to "lovepoolcare" to let them know to forget about working on the quote (right!!!) but didn't even get the courtesy of a response or apology. My recommendation, pass on this company, it's a competitive marketplace, lots of better, hungrier companies out there.
