  • I shopped in Savers on Northsight Scottsdale Az. I had sales person Rick show me rings he walked away walked back and accused me of stealing a fictitious diamond ring that never existed. What qualifies him as a geologist what qualifies him of having eyes in the back of his head. He wasn't even there and there was no such ring just some cheap junk. He was bullying and looking down his nose at me and my very ill sister (9 months in the hospital) my question should Savers be allowed to have such schizophrenic (in my opinion) type people in their employ? Very very scary worst customer service in the entire world nothing worse. When I got mad at him ( which is a normal response) Rick kicked my out of the store for asking his name he stooped down and tried to hide his name tag. this seriously is not normal. Speaking with the district manager he said he would reveiw the tape and have Rick apologize. I told him I don't want Rick within 10 feet of me. He is at large lurking in north Scottsdale Az Savers enter at your own risk. The tape (if they truly have one ) should be allowed by the public to view Halloween is right around the corner great entertainment
