  • i will never go to to this shop again!!! never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the front desk employee - scott was horrible to me! i went in for an oil change and was told i needed a power steering pump and maybe a battery. when i ask several questions regarding the repair and prices he became belligerent, rude and disrespectful. he told me and i quote" people like you are the reason america is in the shape it's in now! he called me cheap and said i was pushing his buttons. what???? was i pushing his buttons by asking legitimate questions regarding the repairs he suggested? please!!! then...i paid my bill for the oil change (and by the way, they put in regular oil, after i had specified synthetic oil!!!) so they changed it. last but not least, when i left, scott gave me the wrong car keys! ha! one final blow to his incompetence and poor customer service. i called the corporate office to place a complaint.
