  • I have been to this location a couple of times for a haircut. I have had different stylists and have had decent experiences. Nothing over the top but hadn't been dissatisfied until my most recent visit. I do like the products that they use here. Anyways, I am growing my hair out and really just needed a trim. I called to get an appointment during the day and they placed me with a new stylist which I was fine with. The stylist was nice but I was done with my cut and style is less than 30 minutes. Normally I would be happy about this but I felt like she hardly did anything. She trimmed the very bottom, blow dried and thinned some of the ends. I felt like she did not get half of my hair trimmed so still have split ends. Also no products were used after shampoo and conditioner and my hair was not styled at all. Pretty disappointed that I had to pay$50 for that.
