Don't schedule if you actually want your cleaners to show up and a professional team to deal with.
I was scheduled for a deep cleaning last thursday at 11. I scheduled two weeks in advance. The appointment confirmation came to my email the day of the cleaning. They have a one hour window on the times they schedule to show up.
I waited around on thursday from 10am-12 pm. I had somewhere to be at 12:30. At 12:15, nobody had arrived so I called to let them know I couldn't wait around any longer. Melissa informed me about their one hour time window(which had already passed) and offered no apology. I rescheduled on the phone for the next monday. I got a call from my neighbor around 12:40 saying there was a cleaning lady banging on my door for about 10 minutes. Even though we had already rescheduled, they showed up anyways and were obnoxious enough about it to bother my neighbor.
Fast forward to monday, here I am waiting around from 10am-12 pm again. 12:05 hits and I get really frustrated and call again just wanting to cancel because I need a reliable company. When I call, they mention the one hour timeframe(again, it was already past this time). I explain that I would really just like to cancel and they claim that they actually showed up on my property by 12 but just haven't made it to my condo yet.
Needless to say, I gave them a couple chances and will not recommend their services to anyone. There are plenty of other companies that will show up at the scheduled time or at least within their guaranteed time frame.
The owner did call to apologize afterwards but too little, too late.
