  • I've used this company in years past on a home that had multiple garage doors and I remember him (The Owner Himself) doing my repairs and listening to him talking trash the whole time on other companies. Well that's never good business and I really didn't need to hear all the trash talk. Regardless, the job was done and worked correctly after he left. I told myself back then not to use him again basically because of his non professional attitude on the job. Recently I needed a few openers serviced on another home and I was at the mercy of this company as no other companies had the correct parts and/or were available to repair in my narrow window of availability. So I used him again and what a mistake! The owner is very full of himself and rude. I'll leave it at that. To add salt to it...I researched afterwards and basically found out that I have overpaid by at least 40%! That's what I get for getting in a hurry and settling to use him again...I'll give 2 stars as he does know what he's doing but has a very VERY bad attitude and his prices are way too high.
