  • I found Blue line on Craigslist and couldn't find a lot of information on them so I was skeptical at first but decided to take a chance and have them cater my sons high school graduation party which consisted of about 50 people. Roberto was very helpful and he delivered everything that he said he would. We picked 3 types of meat to be cooked for our tacos, had horchata and pineapple juice, and at first I declined the Mexican hotdogs but Roberto talked me into them and they were a hit. They showed up one hour before they were going to serve, all the food was cooked on site, began serving right on time and they kept serving until the time they said they would. The food tasted great and the guests kept commenting on it and I had left overs for the whole week. I had called a lot of companies but everyone was booked for that particular weekend so when I stumbled across blue line I kind of felt like I was settling, boy was I wrong and very pleasantly surprised. Frankly I don't think they charge enough for how much they give, so thank you Roberto, you made my sons graduation party a success and I will use you again.
