  • I arrived 15 minutes early as requested to complete new patient paperwork, but wasn't given the tablet to input my info until after my appointment time. Then waited over another hour. When I asked about the Dr. Herman running behind, the receptionist snidely remarked that this must be my 1st visit. I got less than 5 minutes with Dr. Herman, he never examined me, he just wanted me to drive to Las Vegas (3 hours from my home) monthly for a shot that he claimed my primary care physician couldn't administer, and then he walked out abruptly. Once I realized he wasn't coming back, I told the assistant I had questions. I heard the exchange as they spoke outside the exam room and he couldn't be bothered to re-enter the room. Worst, I read the doctor's notes that falsely stated he examined me and that I appeared to have symptoms of allergies! I had given him copies of recent allergy tests showing no allergies. What a waste of time!
