  • Get your act together Genie! It's clear that most of the staff really don't care about doing a good job. They don't vacuum much at all inside the car, especially the passengers side, and they barely touched the trunk when I specifically asked for it to be done. I opened the trunk for them and the hint didn't work. My car sat untouched after the machine wash while 3 cars that came after me were finished. Just because I buy the basic wash doesn't mean my car should have to wait. The window cleaning was very poor. I noticed they cleaned the drivers side windows, where the customers can see what's being done. The passenger side windows were basically untouched and all of them had dried on water spots. Did them myself when I got home.
