| - Let me just say that I love Chipotle....just not this one. Every other Chipotle I've been to in Cleveland, Akron, Kent, NYC, Philadelphia, wherever has been the same 4-5 star experience: fast service, upbeat staff with fresh, tasty food and clean seating area. I appreciate that it's "fast food" but not fried and they're into sustainability, community building, yadda yadda yadda. For a chain burrito, it's by far the best.
The Lakewood location is another story. At first I thought it was just me or I went on an off day or something. Now I've been to this Chipotle probably five times since 2010 so it's time to face the facts: unlike other Chipotle locations, this one is consistently just slightly grimy and the staff is slightly cranky/disinterested and the food is more so-so than fab. I realize this doesn't make any sense when talking about a national fast food chain located in suburban America so the only answer is: bad management.
Please, Chipotle regional manager, check in on this store because it needs some guidance from you. The staff morale seems low and that's impacting the quality of your product.
