  • I have lived here for nearly 2 years and it has been a pleasant experience! The office staff is helpful and friendly, and the maintenance requests are usually completed in a timely matter. I've never had any issues with my neighbors and the complex is pet friendly. There are some great qualities about the apartments, like the full sized washer and dryer in unit and a sleek looking kitchen; however, the prices increase steadily every year but the apartments aren't getting any newer. I could get a similarly priced apartment within miles of here that has the option of hardwood floors - one that doesn't have the stigma of a Van Buren address. Some neighboring complexes look sketch but I never felt unsafe while I have been in this complex. That being said, I would never feel comfortable walking outside of the complex unless it was during peak hours of the day. I think the cost of rent could be lowered mostly because of the location. I gave it 5 stars because my complaints are personal preferences, and nothing profoundly bad happened during my residency. All in all, it was a comfortable experience and I would recommend it to anyone. Oh, and the gym is fantastic. I probably should have used it more!
