  • This was the best dental visit experience I have ever had. I have not been to the dentist for 6+ yrs due to a bad experience from the last one. I am also a big sissy when it comes to any dental work so I relayed that info to them and they were 100% empathetic and compassionate to my personal issues. I called to set up my appointment and spoke with Danni (sp). She also went over my benefits with me and explained payment options for the out of pocket costs. I was also able to fill out my medical history online before I went in for the visit which is just a win-win for everyone. It was very obvious that everyone I met here knew their job very well. I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes (on both visits). The X-ray Tech was very friendly and professional I was explained in detail the procedures that were needed to better my health and I was also able to set up an appointment the following day for those procedures. I went back the following day and was remembered by the staff...how cool is that? My RDH was Samantha. I had to get all 4 sides numbed up which is usually the most painful part, but she had major skills and was pain free for the most part (even to us dental sissies) I could tell that this wasn't just a job for her but a passion for helping people...She actually cared about how you were doing. I'm glad that I caught back up on my oral hygiene and actually looking forward to my next check-up. No more fear/anxiety from the Dentist for me, yay. All the staff I met were super friendly and professional. Thanks again Samantha, Danni, Josh, Ryan and the others (sorry forgot your names) -Davey
