  • I placed a large order of cut flowers for my mother for her birthday. I later found out from Mom that the flowers were wilted when she received them. When I called Jindra to let them know of my disappointment they initially seemed to question the accuracy of my account and gave me the third degree. As soon as I mentioned that I would be writing a negative review, J instantly changed her attitude and immediately became apologetic and offered to resend my mother another arrangement. I hope the arrangement is better, but it doesn't change the fact that my mother received wilted flowers on her birthday. I will not be buying flowers from Jindra again.
